Refillable Dispenser

Toby is a convenient refillable dispenser for disposable waste bags. Sporty and elegant, it is made of soft microfiber; bottom opening has a chrome-plated eyelet from which to pull out the bag when you need it. It has a zipper for installing the roll of waste bags (20 pcs included) and a hook to snap it onto the leash. Comes in 7 colours with zipper in contrasting colour.
